Tai Chi Taster Session – with Kim

Tai Chi – Great for breathing, balance and relaxation.

Start the New Year with a 35 minute ‘taster’ Tai Chi Session combining breathing and relaxation with slow movements, proven to have benefits for both physical and mental health.

No previous experience necessary.  Tai Chi can be enjoyed either standing or seated.

No equipment necessary.  Please dress warmly in comfortable clothing and footwear.

After the break, we’ll be seated in small groups around tables for a 5 minute mindful meditation.  Following on from this, we’ll have a go at mindful marking.  This is a paper based exercise and Kim will provide us with everything we need to know on the night.
